Good Afternoon! October is flying by and we are in need of some help to staff our Haunted Trail that's coming up in less than two weeks! 

The theme for the Haunted Trail this year is Scary Fairy Tales. We'll feature some of your favorite fairy tales. We are in need of volunteers to help with gathering materials to be ready to set up in the various sections of the trail and we need some adults and kids to round out our cast for both nights of the Trail.  Please be generous and sign up on the attached Volunteer Request. 

You do not need to commit to participate both nights in order to participate (although we'd love to have you join as much as you're able!) If you're only available Saturday but cannot help Friday, we'd be glad to have you participate for just one day.

Section 1: The Three Billy Goats Gruff (chair Jason Reinert)
Section 2: Little Red Riding Hood (chair Amanda Leske) 
Section 3: Snow White's Woods (chair Sydney Leonard) 
Section 4: Hansel & Gretel (chair Natalia Sasnow)
Section 5: Goldilocks (chair Shawna Gearhart)
Section 6: Little Mermaid (chair Becky Ellliott)
Section 7: Fairy Tale Grave Yard (chair Melissa Reinert) 

A word about costumes: The chair of your section will get in touch with you about what to wear. Think about what items you already have that might make your performance. They probably have a key costume piece they plan to share to complete your look. 

We will also be recruiting MS and HS volunteers to help as actors and for set up, so if you know of interested people, please let us know. We do offer volunteer hours for helping with things like this!
